Yummy homemade sloppy Joe sauce - made with Ground Turkey. The original recipe is from the better baby food cookbook and calls for ground beef. I just made the switch to ground turkey to reduce the fat content. It's yummy either way.

A hearty soup that is great for the winter months from Harrowsmith Country Life. Could be vegetarian if you omitted the sausage and replaced the beef stock with veggie stock.
