can be a main dish or side dish
Serves 4 main dish = 278 Kcal, 12 gm fat and 36 gm carbs
Recipe on box sayes that it serves 3 as main dish but that is too many carbs for me.
WW SLOW COOK IT p. 132
Can be used as vegetarian dish or as side dish.
Take-off on the Weight Watchers Potato Soup, but much more flavorful
Slice and Mix together and either saute or microwave with skins still on.

This is a recipe from the recipezaar.com which I changed to accomodate a low fat diet
(May add chili to the potato for lunch or add real bacon pieces before serving.
Can be heated in micro-wave but not as desireable
