Low-fat Ice Cream Bread
Contrary to popular belief low-fat ice cream DOES work in this bread! I tried it both with low-fat and full fat ice cream and have found no difference.
These are great cookies to make if you're in a hurry and just to eat as a low calorie snack. They're very soft and have a great flavor. I make these all the time for my friends and it seems like I can never make enough!
I've also made them with sugar- free chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding and they're still excellent. Also, if you're looking for a little extra flavor, add half chocolate chips and half butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips.
