Cooking oatmeal with all these goodies helps keep you satisfied just a bit longer than usual.
I find that I do not need to sprinkle a packet of splenda after each layer of oatmeal. I don't need to add anything further. It's sweet now just by cooking the sugars in WITH the oatmeal.
Modified to a Spark recipe - added my twist on it from suggestions from Spark comments.
My daughter and I make this together. It just screams HEALTHY and FILLING! I add a 1 tsp of brown sugar with milk.. Wonderful!
