Super yummy Asian-esque meal that is quick and very healthy. Courtesy of CookingLight.com. Cooking the rice and asparagus in the same pot of boiling water saves a little time.
A nice healthy flat bread for a variety of things, especially dipping. Its low in cal, salt and full of goodness. Probably a little dry to eat on its own, but as part of a salad or dip, it would be great!
