Simple oatmeal recipe, make on stovetop . Mixing the oats "tones down" the steel-cut oats a bit. This is a base recipe to make oats for the week. I reheat and add raisins, walnuts, etc.
This is a fast and easy way to get your veggies in. You feel like you're indulging, and you aren't. Everything is healthy (YES, even the Olive Oil, which is a GOOD fat).
