Really good, filling soup. Adapted from Taste of Home recipe.
Crescent roll crust, zucchini sauteed in olive oil and garlic, monterey jack cheese on top. A family summer favorite.
Lighter version of Olive Garden's
This is so good, and very easy and quick to make. Serve with brown rice, or with low-carb pita bread. Can substitute light coconut milk, if available, and chicken breasts instead of thighs to lower fat. I have also added edemame, or whatever other vegetables I have on hand to boost veggie intake.
When this big bowl of Italian-style pasta salad is unveiled at your next BBQ or picnic, you'll be the only one who knows that it's low in calories.
Guac 'n Roll!
We KNOW guacamole, people. And we are POSITIVE you're gonna FLIP over this stuff! (Pssst... we recommend dipping cut veggies and baked tortilla chips in it!)
