This really is not a healthy version of muffins, I would advise using a little bit less sugar, replace white flour with wheat flour maybe, use non-fat milk if you want, and butter can be replaced with less fatty substitute or you can add less of it. But if you want something really delicious and are not afraid to add these calories to your meal tracker, go for it!
