Granola that most IC patience can eat. IC is an individual thing, so try a little and see if you have a problem.
I have never been satisfied with the homemade low-fat baking mix. The original called for 2 cups shortening and the mixes I have found called for 2/3 cup shortening. I added another 1/3 cup shortening and came out with a better product.
Very simple recipe for a quick salad dressing
