No added sugar, no oil, but still delicious!
This is a delicious alternative to your standard oatmeal. I bought some oat groats at my local food co-op and cooked them like standard oatmeal, substituting milk for water to cook them.
This recalculates the nutrition from the already posted Lentils & Leeks, just taking into consideration the reduced oil.
