This is the best variation I've found for a low carb 'bread' - it's quick and delicious!
This is my friend Susan's favorite breakfast smoothie
These cookies are very tender, fragile, a bit dry (as is most shortbread), not too sweet, and perfect with a cup of tea! Enjoy!
These are VERY chocolate and very rum! You could use vanilla syrup instead of coconut if you like :)
These (almost) bite-sized cookies are a great gluten-free choice and pretty decent on carb/protein numbers, too! Just stop at two! :)
just threw this together.. we'll see how it goes
These delicate cookies almost melt in your mouth! Best served soon after baking (amazing when still a bit warm), but will keep in an airtight container. Their texture is a bit chewy, like a coconut cookie. Low Carb has never tasted so good!
These cookies use a little bit of wheat flour, but it's not much per cookie!
These strawberry dessert is a lovely presentation for a Spring buffet table or to finish a meal with a cup of coffee
This is an adaptation of another delicious recipe. I subbed the brown sugar blend for turbinado sugar, and use butter instead of Benecol spread. I also increased the cinnamon from 1 tsp to 2.
I created this dish for guests on New Year's Day 2012! Only 600 calories per large serving, but tastes like a million!
This recipe is served as 8 oz 'For 2' or 4 ounces as "Sass for One"
This recipe was adapted from a Kraft recipe, to suit my family's tastes!
This is a kid-friendly dish that soothes that "I need comfort food" feeling!
This is a slimmed down version of a family favorite. You can roll the enchiladas with the chicken mixture and cheese inside and top with the cream sauce, or just layer it all :)

|Bountiful Breakfast & Brunch Recipes
Breakfast and Brunch have always been my favorite meals of the day! I like them so much that sometimes I even have these dishes for dinner!
|Dru's Decadent Desserts
Something sweet this way comes... my son lives for ice cream and my daughter likes things sour, but we can always agree on chocolate!
|Meat-free and Marvelous
I've developed most of these dishes to accomodate feeding a mixture of meat-eaters and vegetarians. They are generaly hearty dishes that work well as a main dish... you won't even miss the meat!
|Chicken - the original white meat
Chicken is my 'go to' protein for the family. If it's dry my daughter won't eat it, so most of my chicken options are pretty saucy!
My son would eat shellfish 7 days a week if I let him! Healthy, sure, but also expensive when you're feeding a family! I try to fit in some kind of seafood at least once a week, just to keep him happy!
I'm a mother of two beautiful teenaged children with VERY different tastes in food! One likes beef, the other chicken - one likes tomato, the other prefers alfredo - one likes apples, the other bananas - you get the idea! The recipes in this cookbook have been chosen because they pleased everyone!
