A twist on Carbonara inspired by Rachel Ray. Pretty basic carbonara style sauce with asparagus & canadian bacon
These are adapted from an Eating Well recipe I found on the web. They're quite tasty and once cooled can be frozen for up to one month
Yummy and very low cal chicken salad. Of course you could sub any veggies you liked, this was just what I had on hand. I ate it in a ww pita but it would also be good on salad or crackers. Omit the sriracha if you don't like spicy foods.

A local restaurant makes this and it is so simple and delicious. It's a bit high calorie but I don't eat it often. You could certainly cut down the amount of cheese or butter to lighten it

I love the flavor of ranch dressing but hate the thick texture & all the calories. With this you get all the flavor in a thin, light dressing and you can have a lot of it with no guilt!
Just like my mom used to make! This is a very filling soup perfect for a cold night.
