This is a slight adjustment to a recipe found on SP (really good but had to substitute OJ for kiwi as suggested by the author of the other smoothie). Was sooo yummy, today tried a slight adjustment by adding apples, brewers yeast and flax to up some nutritional needs for me.
Excellent winner for the entire family. healthy, low cal, meatless meal.
This is a good meal to have any night of the week. Eat it with a salad or other starter to create an elegant dinner. We make this fish a lot at home. It is so easy and healthy.
This recipe is very easy and may be adjusted to suit your needs. Substitute with tofu if veg. Increase the amount of veggies or decrease to taste, adjust calories.
