Modified from the recipe "Low Carb Cabbage Lasagna"
Modified the Low-Fat Blueberry recipe from allrecipes.com...these are delicious!

Found this recipe all Allrecipes.com...but I modified it a little:
I made this juice to refresh me after a workout. Very tasty and the tofu adds additional protein.
The original recipe from Food.com (Quinoa Tahini Cookies calls for Tahini and rice flour, I subbed the rice flour as my recipe describes.
Drinking apple cider vinegar can be rather hard, this recipe made it easier for me.
Nice Asian taste. The sodium content is high; however, if you can find a low sodium Seasoning Sauce and possibly Hoisin sauce, that should take care of it.
Serving size is based on one waffle
This salad can be served cold or at room temperature, I generally enjoy as a side dish.
