Healthier version of fried chicken without the skin and without the frying. A tiny bit spicy.
It's quick, easy, low fat, and yummy too. Great with crackers & shredded cheese or over rice (if you're from Hawaii). Not spicy.
Great for parties! Easy to make! Only 7 grams of fat per 1/2 cup serving.
