This is a yummy lasagna with sliced potatoes instead of pasta. It's easy to make and relatively low cal.You could substitute ground beef with ground turkey to reduce fat and increase protein.
A heavy, hearty and relatively healthy Chili. It would be healthier if it used Ground Turkey instead of Ground beef and you don't need to add the sausage. It was just laying around.
Hope it warms you up this winter.
A slight modification of a Black Bean and Sausage soup on SP. I changed the sausage and added more veggies and potatos.
