I LOVE the green bean side dish they serve at Greek restaurants. This is my make at home version. A nice bonus is this dish is vegan :)
I got this recipe from Bon Appetit online and changed it slightly. I cut the cinnamon from 2 tsp to 1, 1 tbs of olive oil instead of the 2 it orginally called for, and I nixed the sour cream to make it Vegan.
A friend gave me this recipe and I love it! Even my husband loves it. It's not overly sweet and a little sour, really delicious!
My mom used to make this all the time, it's one of my favorites. I tweaked it to be spark friendly using low fat sour cream and sugar free jello, but it still tastes amazing!
