These are gluten and dairy free! Delicious! The only nut product is the almond milk :)
A yummy quick sweet treat for the lactose intolerant. There's a little milk in the chocolate chips but that's the only dairy! A good dessert for the vegetarian too.
This is SO good! A great party dip or lunch! And super duper easy. Sure to be a crowd pleaser.

This recipe is from Ellie Krieger from Cooking Channel. I adjusted the recipe to what we had, please see teh cooking channel website for the full recipe. I altered it to serve two for our Valentines day dinner.
We used whole wheat spaghetti noodles instead of lo mein noodles and that's what the calorie count is based off of.
This is the vinaigrette for Rachael Ray's Sliced steaks with sweet and spicy salad. We didn't follow the recipe exactly. It says to combine the lettuces and dressing. We decided to put the amount of dressing we wanted which saved a lot of calories.

This is from Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals. Not the leanest meal but a good one to break a fast! Served with Summer Corn Fettuccine. I used chuck steaks because of cost, her recipe calls for 4 flat iron steaks.
