Grilled veggie salad with mozzarella for some creaminess. Spritz with your favorite fat free salad dressing for a bit more flavor.
This is a recipe I modified from All Recipes. Try it with some citrus rice and mango.
My husband and I enjoy french onion soup and mushroom soups. I modified a VERY bland mushroom soup recipe to give it some kick and also to somewhat combine the french onion and mushroom soup ideas.
For a vegan alternative, use vegetable broth in place of the chicken broth.
Serve this on whole wheat sandwich rolls with a nice cole slaw. Great for cookouts!
This is a recipe I modified from one I saw elsewhere. I like combining a little sweetness (craisins) with my heat from the seasoning. Enjoy!
I use large shell pasta for this dish and sometimes add 1lb of chicken to it if I have leftovers.
You might even try adding pineapple to the skewers...
