i've made some changes from the original recipe i've added ground flax to get some omega's.

it made a lot and i'm guessing on servings and i'm guessing servings for potato roll bread. there should be enough for at least 6-8 servings if not more.
i got this recipe from eating well and it says to use just the skins of the potato, but now i just use the whole potato tastes great. I adjusted it to using the whole potato. eating wells per serving info is: 196 calories; 2 g fat; 1g sat; 1 g mono; 2 mg cholesterol; 40 g carbohydrates; 6 g protein; 4 g fiber; 202 sodium; 1010 mg potassium. if you use just the skins the recipe calls for 5 potatoes.
i got this recipe from an adhd cookbook. it didn't use measurements.
