Whole Wheat Soft Peanut Butter Cookies, reduced fat

A good and healthier alternative, they can be a bit crisp on the edges becasue of the wheat flour alternative, you can also use white flour if you prefer. If you put them in a container with lid they get and stay soft & fresh!

This may be weird but I love to dip them in chocoalte milk, (1% reduced fat of course ;-D Enjoy!

Depending on your size consistency of the balls that you make for each cookie, they CAN make 20 or more if you make them small!
