Chocolate Genoise Birthday Cake
A moist, buttery sponge cake, best made in an electric mixer. I love this recipe filled with Ganache Cake filling and frosted with Fluffy white frosting. But you can use any filling and frosting you would like.
Lettuce and Cucumber salad
Light and yummy similar to one served at our local indian resturant. Very light dressing flavor with just a bit of a kick.
Oven Fried Curry Chicken drumsticks
Indian Style fried chicken drumsticks, I have also done this with chicken wings, just cook for a shorter time. Garam Masala not in nutritional info - doesn't add any real calories.
Chunky Italian Sausage pasta sauce
my quick use up the veggies pasta sauce, serve over whole wheat pasta. You can add what ever veggies you would like
