This recipe does use a little bit of white flour for texture, so it is NOT gluten free. I'm sure you can use another type of flour instead, if you'd like.

The consistency is highly dependent on weather and altitude.
No matter how they turn out, they're still yummy.

Makes 36 rolls. You can choose to use whole wheat flour instead of white, and they still turn out delicious!

Makes six 1/2 cup servings. With the lentils, veggies, and tomato saucy texture, 1/2 cup is more than enough to fill you up!
Instead of making a PB-Banana sandwich, try this version of Banana Bread. Using Peanut Butter instead of shortening or margarine, and partial honey instead of pure sugar.
Serve with a little bit of cheese and some tortilla chips.
