Yummy, num, num! It's a bowl of oatmeal in a muffin!
A nice fluffy pancake that can be fried on a griddle, or better yet, baked in the oven. The oven method is a lot less hassle, and you don't need any extra fat to cook them! Serve with fruit for a complete breakfast.
Hearty, filling, and fast. A nice easy soup for a cold day! Lovely served witth biscuits or fresh bread. Alternatively, to make this more like a minestrone soup, add more water and add some cooked pasta. Also good with ground meat.
Healthy and tasty meatballs! Great in pasta sauce. Nutritional information is per meatball.
I am so happy these worked out! For those of you who haven't had a crepe in a while, give these a whirl. They are super easy to make!
This is a nice change from Chicken Caccitore. You can do it on the stove top, in the oven, or in your crockpot. If you like a spicy version, try some red pepper flakes.
These are wonderful! I use a certified GF oat flour. After many failed attempts, I finally created something worth sharing. My family actually said they prefered these to regular biscuits! You could also add in herbs and cheese if you desire.
Welcome summer! Nothing reminds us of summer more than fresh dill! To make it a complete meal, try adding some eggs or meat. Enjoy this yummy salad on your next warm and sunny day.
I also add a sweetener to this quick pick me up in the morning, or as a pre or post work out snack.
Easy chili that requires no mixes. Yum!
