My kids love this. You can either roll it like enchiladas or layer it like a lasagna.
The recipe called for M&M's, but I changed it to White Chocolate Chips. This is a favorite for cookie drives.
This is one of the things that remind me of Christmas.

This is a great make-ahead recipe. Half of this recipe served over 6 ounces of whole-wheat pasta makes a simple dinner for four. Use the rest in lasagna or even one it on its own like chili. Makes 5 1/2 cups
Mix the dressing, Mayo, Cider Vinegar and sugar.
Chop the brocolli heads, onions and bacon. Toss in the raisins and mix the dressing in.
My family loves this and there is usually leftovers for luch the next day. Also a great way to use leftover pot roast
Another snack to give the neighbors. Salty & sweet. Also a good one for teachers. Great to make, taste and then give away.
Yeilds about 2 1/2 pounds of a yummy treat. Definitely a diet buster, but a great way to add into ingredients like chex or popcorn and give to the neighbors.
