A terrific new take on an old favorite! Original recipe taken from the February 2011 AllYou magazine.
Original recipe taken from Swanson. You could easily use only one cup of Roasted Chicken and cut the fat/calories for this recipe in half without sacrificing taste. It is chock-full of chicken with two cups.
This is a quick and very tasty meal--pop it in the crock pot, and it'll be ready to go when you get home from work!

Quick family recipe for Mac and Cheese, with a slight twist. You can add diced chicken and broccoli for a complete meal, although I didn't in this recipe.
Great lower fat recipe of an old favorite! My husband and kids never guessed there were vegetables in this dish, and loved it!!!
We pair this easy meal with a baby spinach salad and is perfect for a quick meal during the week. My one and three year old love it!
