A quick smoothie to give you energy and get you out the door when you are pressed for time.
My family didn't like stuffed peppers with rice in them, so I began making them without the rice.
This recipe has no salt or seasonings so that you can add your own (salt, basil, thyme, oregano, marjoram, etc) for your preferences. My husband adds hot sauce to his bowl!
