Just concocted it this morning and it was great!
THIS RECIPE COMES FROM THE QUAKER OATMEAL BOX...QUITE GOOD...CONSIDERING IM NOT A MEATLOAF TYPE OF PERSON :)
VERY YUMMY! CAN MAKE NIGHT BEFORE AND REFRIDGERATE AND TAKE OUT IN THE AM AND AND LET SET 1/2 HOUR AND THEN BAKE FOR 30 MIN.
YOU CAN MAKE WITH OR WITHOUT THE RAISENS AND WALNUTS. THEY ARE CALCULATED IN THIS RECIPE.
Off the back of the Bob Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxeed Meal. The only difference between the other recipes on here is I made my muffins a little smaller and had 28 to a batch :)

Great with Venison or Beef. Also I serve it with Mashed Potatos and a veggy. Or its great with noodles or rice.
This is the soup style that my Mom always made for me growing up...yummy!
All I can say is that it is awesome! My hubby's and son's favorite!
Add more or less garlic, cream cheese, and mayo according to your taste.
It is super yummy with triscuits :)
I substituted Lean Ground Beef for Lean Ground Turkey. Both ways are great!
EACH SERVING CONSISTS OF ONE THREE OUNCE PORTION OF MEAT AND ABOUT A HALF A CUP OF SAUCE. This is cooked in a crockpot and can be left all day and is best when you start at least 5 or 6 hours before you eat and then the meat will be super tender. Also great when made with Venison and Pork too.
Best if left overnight to let all flavors go together
Very easy skillet dish that is quite versatile. The original says to add 2 T butter which I replaced with Olive Oil and it said 1/2 C Roasted Red Pepper which I omited :)
I am not one to measure but I tried to give an approx for you all. I try to add many many veggies and sometimes I will put a can of tomatos in there or beans and sometimes make it spicy :) I prefer fresh or frozen veggies but canned works just fine.
