A warm, filling, and healthy way to enjoy the winter cold!
This is a delicious pasta dish that is light on the calories and that can be prepared with or without meat depending on your preference. I have made it both ways and it is delicious either way! The taco seasoning adds a spicy kick to the dish and can be made with or without the seasoning. I have also done that both ways and it tastes good either way.
