This soup will be a flavourful low sodium, High potassium soup which takes very little time to make up on a week night for a meal of one.
Was originally following a recipe to make Split pea soup but turned out thick and tastless; BUT it makes a great base for a quick version any day of the week.
This recipe i found online after searching for days. This is the very first muffins i have ever made and they were easy very few ingredients and turns out wonderful and delicious. I used 2% milk rather than whole milk in my batch, and left off the almonds.
ok found this recipe on Food Network Rachael Rays. Was looking for a lower sodium count Lamb Chop recipe, this one comes in at 708 mg and 390 calories even better!
