This time of year is great for hearty, spicy soups that use some of the best peak vegetables. If you cannot find chayote squash in your area, look for other marrow type squashes such as zucchini. If you cannot find celeriac, use an equivalent amount of celery. If making fresh roasted peppers is too much of a pain, buy the jarred or canned kind, or leave them out. Make it your way :)
Quick, thick, delicious, satisfying drink chock full of vitamins. When made with homemade almond milk and raw honey it is suitable for raw diets.
This simple recipe combines fresh, young, Thai coconut with banana for a clean, creamy, slightly sweet smoothie. This is a highly caloric meal with each serving having almost 415 calories.
A cleansing juice full of calcium, potassium, antioxidants and diuretic properties. This drink is neither sweet nor savory, more plain. You could use a pear for more sweetness. Once I was out of apples when I made this so I used 1 cup of concord grapes, which resulted in a more army green color. When made with an apple it is a nicer green color and would be good with mint. This drink provides you with over 120% of your Vitamin A, 200% Vitamin C, 1/2 of your Folate and 1/3 of your Iron for the day.
These large, hearty cookies use up the left over nut meal from making nut milk and can be stored in the freezer. They taste very much like fudge brownies. Makes 14 large cookies.
A lighter smoothie than usual, using more nut milk and less berries. Makes two servings.
Partially dehydrated zucchini with raw nut stuffing. Reminiscent of poultry stuffing. The recipe as is results in firm zucchini halves. If you prefer softer zucchini drizzle olive oil and salt on the cut surface and dehydrate for 5 hours, adding the nut stuffing in the last 2 1/2 hours.

Combine the recipe given here with 1 cup of macadamia nut milk (the ingredient list won't show my recipe for it as an option even though it is favorited, sorry). Makes a yummy mauve-pink smoothie that is very filling.
Looks just like cows milk and makes a great replacement. Be sure to buy the raw macadamia nuts from the refrigerated section and store in your refrigerator. Macadamia nuts go rancid quickly.

A large dinner salad with homemade 1000 Island inspired dressing.
Raw Macadamia nuts, frozen cranberries and frozen blueberries with raw honey. Be sure to buy refrigerated raw macadamia nuts and store them in your refrigerator as they will get rancid quickly. If you would like to make this vegan omit the honey and replace with your sweetener of choice.
For the Kelp Noodles check out Sea Tangle Brand. If you can't order them then use a mandoline slicer and cut long noodles out of zucchini squash.
This juice turns out a lovely rosy color and is simply delicious. It is sweet, tangy and spicy. Good for helping clear congestion and settling an uneasy stomach.
