This is my base for chicken salad. I add bell peppers, walnuts, dried cranberries or any thing else that sounds yummy to this. I also changed up the spices to match what I've added. Enjoy!
I adapted this recipe from allrecipes.com. You could use a whole can of soup and 2 packages of spinach. I am the only one in my house that eats spinach so a smaller amount works for me. I usually serve this on top of brown rice or pasta.
This a pretty easy throw together recipe. I add whatever veggies I have into this casserole. I do not always add the shredded cheese.
I found this recipe on allrecipes.com. You can use any seasoning that you like/have on hand. I sometimes use italian herbs and red pepper instead. The baking time is approximate, so keep an eye on these so they don't burn.
