I made this without the mayo, and subbed 1 container Yoplait Greek plain yogurt. I added veggies as above, and it was SO good!!!! Lots of veggies, and according to this, a one cup serving was only 168 calories. Sounds kind of too low to me, but , I know it was still healthy.
Low fat, low calorie, extra protein.
