This is becoming my favorite salad. It's even better the next day.
This was in the "6 weeks to a Healthier You" book. I've been adding sugar free maple syrup and fruit to the oatmeal. It's my new favorite breakfast
My child tears into this every time I make it. I have to fight it away from him so that he shares.
I'm using this dip with a crudite tray and anything left over will be used on a baked potatoe
This is from epicurious website. I do not like papaya so I added mango. I didn't have strawberries on hand so I added blackberries. It's delicious.
My hubby grilled porkchops last night and served grilled mango as a side.
This is my son's favorite dessert. He eats it as fast as I can serve it to him.
I just whipped this up because my son was craving jello. Turns out it's delicious.
I got this from a 2003 Vegetarian Times about Costa Rica. It tastes great served with fried plantains but I normally just use it as a dip for veggies.
