With apologies to the other recipes, this one adds all the ingredients, including brown rice and low fat sour cream. It uses a lower sodium salsa, and substitutes seasonings for taco seasoning. While the amounts called for are approximate for the seasonings--they are included in the calculations as 1 tbsp., however they should be adapted as "to taste." The salsa is from Amigo's salsa, Edmond, Ok and is marketed in Walmart as various collegiate brands (Arkansas, OU etc.)
This is my version of the Sloppy Garden Joe recipe substituting all low sodium ingredients and using ground buffalo rather than ground turkey.
