Simple tortilla-meat-cheese snack. Very easy to make. No cooking required.
This is a side dish turned into a lower fat Veggie Spaghetti Sauce
A MyFitnessPal member came up with this recipe--I just replaced the butter with olive oil. It is basically a radish dish, but has lots of additional taste.
Uses same spices as for lasagna, except adding cumin, cayenne, and chili powder.
Good for diets--high fiber, low fat, antioxidants.
