A pasta or "other purpose" sauce combining a few of my favourite things into a healthy package. Other sturdy fishes can be used; I found the sole a bit "fishy".
From Joshi's Holistic Detox, a 21-day clean eating plan.
Made with table cream rather than whipping cream, this is a savoury and guiltless treat.
In the spirit of the avocado milkshake, this is a creamy and savory ice cream. To really make it pop, add one or two chopped jalapeno peppers!
This recipe for quinoa muffins has been adapted (by me) from the January/February 2008 issue of Everyday Food.
