This is based on the sauce from the "Peanut and Sesame Noodles" recipe here in SparkRecipes - I just left out the noodles and added vegies to turn it into lettuce wraps.
Quick, easy, low fat and low calorie. (Only 58 calories and 2 fat grams in a generous 1/4 c. serving!) Equally good for dipping vegies or chips.
