Note: If you like sweeter muffins, Add 1/4 cup of Splenda for Baking to add 20 calories per muffins and increase sugar content of recipe--Still under 10 grams of sugar per muffin.
Or do what I do:
Use a tablespoon of Manishewitz Apple Butter which contains no sugar and is only 20 calories a tbls for the extra sweetness to avoid the extra 6 grams of sugar per muffin.
