Yummy basic stir-fry with tons of flavor, due to baked tofu and lots of traditional asian seasonings.
Three soys (milk, flour, and nuts) and three bananas make this a healthier banana bread... If you can stay away from seconds!
This whole wheat and herb bread is enriched with soy flour for some bonus protein and flavor. About half the recipe makes the rolls, and the other half makes a cute rustic loaf.
This whole-foods breakfast keeps you full all morning! It takes a little preparation but it is worth it. You can find the whole grains pretty cheap in the bulk foods section at a health food store. They'll have the unsweetened dried fruits too, but probably in a refrigerated section. The concentrated fruit sugars in the dried fruit add enough sweetness that you won't need to add any extra sugars.
A vegan muffin. The soynuts make it nutty without adding too much fat. Cool completely then wrap individually before freezing. Later you can thaw or reheat for yummy home-baked goodness!
A deeply flavored, layered dish. The time it takes is worth it! Can be made vegan by omitting the cheese; can also substitute Nutritional Yeast Flakes for the cheese.
Chickadees are Target brand Goldfish, only thinner and crunchier. I use the whole grain variety. The dark chocolate gives it sweet yumminess.
