This is one of my favorites. So easy and simple, but very delicious.
This has become a very popular breakfast dish my whole family enjoys. It is so easy to vary it by adding other veggies and/ or adjusting with your favorite cheeses or egg substitues.
This is an unconventional dessert given me by my weight watchers leader. It has no flour, using chickpeas to bind instead. Importantly, after cooking, this must be frozen solid, then thawed for 10 minutes before serving. I love it, and my kids have given it the stamp of approval :o)
This recipe is from Company's Coming Fish and Seafood Cookbook. I have adjusted the ingredients slightly. My kids loved this, as did I.
Mild flavored soup. Season for your preferred palate.
This recipe is based on one from Company's Coming"Soup and Sandwiches" . I've made a few adjustments, using coconut milk rather than cream, and I also use a little less onion than the original recipe.
This is a lighter version of a recipe I found here at sparkpeople.
An adjusted earlier recipe. Serve with brown rice.
This is based on a recipe I found at Better Homes and Gardens. I have omitted the pasta, and use the slow cooker to prepare.
Taken from original recipe, only re- typed to do portion adjustment.
I like to make this nice and chunky. Lime juice instead of lemon is my personal preference.
This recipe was given me by a friend. I have reduced the sugar, and added some whole wheat flour instead of all white. Comfort food!
A super easy recipe with a small ingredient list. Origin unknown, given to me by a family member.
Adapted from a magazine recipe.
An adaptation from a Company's Coming Recipe.
Made in a slow cooker, adapted from a"Lazy Day Cookin' Slow Cooker Meals- 2002" recipe . Serve with sandwiches or a nice whole wheat french bread.
Use food processor. Serve with pasta, or toasted whole wheat french bread.
This is easy to prepare and can be frozen. Serve it cold with crackers or pita bread.
This is a very basic recipe, which could easily be spiced up. I didn't add the tomato sauce the original recipe asked for, because I wanted a more traditional flavor.
I have made a few adjustments to the original recipe.
