Breakfast Mung

After reading Dr. Perricone's suggestions for anti-inflammatory foods, I put this breakfast together. I have it most days of the week as it is portable and I start work early. I make 3 or 4 containers at a time. It is high in calories and carbs, but it is the first meal of the day and the first meal after my workout.
