This whole wheat bread recipe I got from my local "Market Basket" store. It was on the back of the whole wheat flour package - so I thought I'd give it a try.
It actually came out perfect! I was very happy with the results. : )
The recipe says it makes 1 9x 5 loaf. So I figured it prob makes around 12 slices. (servings)
I'm sure if you sliced the bread really thin you could get even more servings.
Just a very basic, but tasty light pasta salad recipe. Sorry about everything being in grams - I usually measure in grams or oz's... but was not able to convert. I added it as oz's below.
This is a really great tasting soup. I got it from a girl at work, and she said that it was from weight watchers. I'm not all too sure about that - the salt content and the calories are a bit high, but it's really great tasting on a cold day.
To cut way back on sodium, just use low sodium for all ingredients. You can use many different substitutions, such as different beans, etc..
