Simple healthy sandwich spread or dip. You can use different seasonings to suit your taste, I like to change it about, add some olives or cucumbers or hot sauce etc.
This recipie uses salt free products as much as possible for a low sodium content. Sodium in this recipe is primarily from the meat. Combine with a potato and vegetable for a nice ~500 calorie meal
My answer to a soup not loaded with salt, add spices to your liking. I love Grilled cheese and Tomatoe soup but can't take the 1,000 mg (+) hit with a very low sodium diet (1200 mg/less daily). This soup combined with a slice of cheese on buttered wheat bread comes in at a respectable 638 mg sodium for the meal, less if you can find low sodium cheese, bread and use butter with no salt.
