Low(er) sodium Tomatoe soup alternative

My answer to a soup not loaded with salt, add spices to your liking. I love Grilled cheese and Tomatoe soup but can't take the 1,000 mg (+) hit with a very low sodium diet (1200 mg/less daily). This soup combined with a slice of cheese on buttered wheat bread comes in at a respectable 638 mg sodium for the meal, less if you can find low sodium cheese, bread and use butter with no salt.

Bountiful loaves

This healthy, rustic bread fills you up. It’s delicious as is or with dried cranberries instead of raisins.

Basic Meatloaf

Low sodium meatloaf. This recipe is using a 80/20 mixture of ground beef. 1 serving will be approx 3 ounces of cooked product. Panko Breadcrumbs add only 16 mg of sodium per serving, regular breadcrumbs and salt instead of Nu Salt will add sodium content.
