Use ground chiles, not "chili powder". I like this better than "Soyrizo"--less greasy and more flavorful. The seasonings come from a real chorizo recipe.

chapati flat bread

an unleavened bread like a tortilla; this has no oil. Uses are endless. can also make about 12-14 smaller breads. (I use like a sandwich thin bread), 0r about 8 medium sized.

granola with walnuts and hemp seed

low in sugars and fat. Has more flavor than a lot of commercial granolas, and smells wonderful while baking.

adapted from a recipe I got from somewhere-thought the original too sweet and didn't taste quite right
