This is a meat and side all in one. My picky boys even like it!
A delicious alternative to a regular cookie-based fruit pizza. Use as an anytime snack or ever breakfast. A low calorie way to satisfy your sweet tooth while getting a serving of fruit as well.
I originally threw this together with apples and a variety of berries I had on hand. Turned out great! Would also go wonderfully with a small scoop of low-fat frozen yogurt or sorbet. You can adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking.
