This was ok-the texture isn't what I expected prep time includes the peeling and cutting up of two potatoes
You can use whole wheat pasta if you desire but I used enriched pasta this time. I use white flour for a thickening agent but there are others that are lower calorie. I used a little evaporated milk and added nonfat milk to keep the fat content down and keep the flavor. This was a recipe to make my family content and it was a hit.
Variation of traditional green bean casserole. Still trying to perfect it. Another good thing about this recipe is if you don't like mushrooms you will like this. If i decide to make a small change i will comment this to let you know.
These don't look like much but they taste great. and they are very simple to make!!
what is great about this recipe is it doesn't use margarine, butter or salt! And it tastes great! its very filling!
