Looking for a recipe for that leftover turkey? You can make dumplings and put the turkey in broth with a few vegetables and voila!

I cooked this on low for 12 hours and added the ground beef at the end an hour before the end
This was ok-the texture isn't what I expected prep time includes the peeling and cutting up of two potatoes
crockpot takes 5 hours on high. Can cook on low just add flour and pasta last hour of cooking. Last hour must be on high though.
You can use whole wheat pasta if you desire but I used enriched pasta this time. I use white flour for a thickening agent but there are others that are lower calorie. I used a little evaporated milk and added nonfat milk to keep the fat content down and keep the flavor. This was a recipe to make my family content and it was a hit.
Variation of traditional green bean casserole. Still trying to perfect it. Another good thing about this recipe is if you don't like mushrooms you will like this. If i decide to make a small change i will comment this to let you know.
