This is a very quick and easy bread pudding. It calls for raisins but I have made it with sliced bananas too. The calories count would be different than the original recipe but it was really good and different. You can use different types of bread but again you would have to re-calculate calories. Good for dessert or even breakfast served warm!
This is a low calorie quick version of a favorite for most people! It goes well with most meats,by itself,or over pasta or rice.
