Easy, kid friendly recipe!
I add light red kidney beans and diced tomatos to the original recipe. I don't normally need to thicken up the mix w/masa as i use my slow cooker for this recipe. I use all the red pepper and about half the salt packet provided in mix.
This dip mix is prepared according to package for Baked Artichoke dip using 1 packet of mix (Tastefully Simple artichoke and spinach warm dip mix), 8 oz cream cheese (i used neufchatel cheese to save fat calories), 1 cup swiss cheese and 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained chopped (canned in water)
