This is my variation of the recipe from the Clean Eating cookbook (page 312). I substituted soy flour for the amaranth flour, since I was unable to find it locally.
This is a way our family uses the leftover cranberry sauce from holiday meals. I've adapted it to be lower fat and vegetarian.
